MANIFESTO // 01THE ARCHITECTURAL ETHOS
“A great public space is never just four walls. It is the aroma of freshly pulled espresso, the geometry of natural morning light falling across raw concrete and timber, and the shared hum of a creative neighborhood coming together.”

THE FOUNDATION
Four Pillars of Craft & Space
Every surface, material, roast, and pastry at 314 S Water Street was designed as an intentional tactile experience.
01ARCHITECTURE
Designed by TSK Architects
Personally designed by Windom Kimsey FAIA as a catalyst building for the historic Water Street District. Honoring authentic materials: exposed polished aggregate concrete, blackened industrial steel, and warm acoustic timber slats.
02CULINARY CRAFT
Chef Flemming’s Daily Bakes
In partnership with celebrated Danish master pastry chef Flemming Pedersen from down Water Street. Handmade Florentine quiches, cinnamon cruffins, authentic European fruit danishes, and fresh breakfast burritos delivered every sunrise.
03TEXTURE & TASTE
The Sculptural Pebble Ice
A celebrated sensory hallmark of our cold beverage craft. Our signature chewable, micro-porous pellet ice maximizes surface aeration, keeping iced lattes and nitro cold brews chilled to perfection without rapid flavor dilution.
04COMMUNITY SCULPTURE
Phone Booth Library & Patio
Step into our authentic, restored vintage British red telephone box repurposed into a vibrant civic book exchange ("Take a book, leave a book"). Step outside onto our elevated, dog-friendly terrace overlooking Water Street.

Public Works is the crown jewel of Water Street. The Cuban Honey latte iced is unbelievable—and they use that good crunchy pellet ice. The architecture and natural light make it hands down the best workspace and meeting space in the entire valley.

Love the red telephone booth library! Bring your dog, sit on the elevated terrace, and enjoy a real cortado. In the evening, the wine bar transition is such a cool, sophisticated Henderson vibe. 10 out of 10.
